UP RIGHT ANTI CAST SAFETY STRIPS

Proven technology that helps horses get their feet by themselves when cast - especially when assistance is not readily available. Surveys show that 25% of horses, injured while cast, end their careers due to loss of use or loss of life. Frequently, severe damage results in the hip, pelvic and leg areas accompanied by stress and fatigue. The Up-Right Anti-Cast Safety Strips are patented strips, designed to provide horses with a safe gripping surface for their hooves. The horse can then safely push their bodies away from the wall and regain their feet.

PROVEN FIGURES

  • 35% of horses suffer from cast each year

"We installed the Up-Right Anti-Cast Safety Strips in the summer of 2008 in our boxes on the horses in training farm. Since then we have had horses cast and with the assistance of the Up-Right Anti-Cast Safety Strips they were able to get to their feet unaided and uninjured in any way. We would have no problem recommending them to anyone in the business".
